Returns/Cancellations:
Cancellations may only be made before items are shipped. This can sometimes incur a 10% cancellation fee of total order. All shipped sales are final, so please choose your purchases carefully. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns.
Some exceptions may apply if item is faulty upon delivery.
Shipping:
We use Australia post as well as sendle depending on a couple of different factors. All our parcels have tracking . If in the result your parcel is returned to us as a return to sender we will contact you as soon as possible. If this is our mistake we will resend the parcel asap at our cost. If this is a result of you entering the incorrect address you may have to pay the shipping cost again. PLEASE check your address carefully before checking out.
Warranty:
We offer a restricted warranty on our products, if you have any concerns about faults contact us
